We offer 4 levels of trainings to engage your growth and advance you wellness and leadership. Our 200- and 300-hour programs transform individuals into mindful, engaged, self-realized teachers who learn to embody fundamental awareness principles in their own lives. We also offer an optional Yoga Teacher Certification Weekend for participants who are interested in becoming Yoga-Alliance-Certified yoga instructors.
Join Stacy Hammel for a 5 week series of modern mixed movement and yoga. This series will be dedicated to enhancing your yoga practice, or teaching, and opening up your perception and heart to the mindfulness of mixed movement. Through non-traditional shapes and transitions, that find their root in yoga, martial arts and tai chi, we will challenge our mind and body to create something new. This series will leave you with renewed body awareness, playfulness through yoga and a graceful strength.
Each week will focus on a sequence that will be enhanced during the next week. Following the 5 week series we will offer a workshop opportunity to put them together as a full practice. You are encouraged to attend all sessions of the series but drop-ins are welcome as well. If you plan on dropping in, it would be a great benefit to attend the first week to establish a great foundation.

Join Stacy Hammell for an afternoon of energy and sound resonance. Through use of crystal singing bowls, bells and other instruments of sound we will explore the gift of sound.
The power of sound to heal the body has been in use for centuries. The body can literally heal itself when exposed to sound frequencies. When our energetic body is in harmony we allow the deepest and smallest cells to find less resistance to balance. Sound is integral to the reduction of stress and reconnecting our minds with our bodies and the universe. Bring a mat or cushion and blanket to assist you in your practice.
Cost: $20 or combine with Yin Yoga (2-3p on the same day) for $30
Infused in the longer, more passive holds , the yin style involves surrendering into poses and exploring them for longer periods of time in order to let go of tensions stored in the body and to calm the nervous system. Practicing this way helps to target deeper connective tissues especially around the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Yin Yoga is a peaceful practice to add to your day. This practice taught by Stacy Hammel will help us to balance our emotions, still our minds and open the deep connective tissues in the body using various yin asanas.

Join Stacy Hammel in a playful workshop of modern mixed movement and yoga. This workshop will be dedicated to enhancing your yoga practice, or teaching. Through non-traditional shapes and transitions, that find their root in yoga and the martial arts, we will challenge our mind and body to create a new yoga practice. This workshop will leave you with renewed body awareness, the fun of animal locomotives and a graceful strength.
The first hour will be an experiential practice, then we will move into refining the movements and adding them into our personal practice or teaching.
This Level 2 class is a more diverse class offering more opportunities to go deeper into your Aerial Yoga practice. This class will feature new transitions, a deeper core challenge, longer inversions and building strength in the upper body.
3 - Aerial Level Foundations classes are required prior to attending this class, attendance at a Aerial Fundamentals/Basics workshop, or permission from the instructor.
This class will introduce you to the joy of support and suspension.
Through Aerial Yoga, we will combine playfulness, alignment, yoga and breath, to create a unique practice. The focus will be on learning to work with the fabric to support your asana. Sink deeper into your yoga practice, find effortless inversions and allow yourself to surrender to the Aerial hammock and it's benefits.
With All Aerial YogaClasses: You can bring a yoga mat to class, but it is not necessary. Socks with grip bottoms are sufficient. Wear a shirt that covers your underarms completely, to protect your skin, as well as keep the hammocks sanitary. Do not wear jewelry, belts, or clothing with grommets, gems, zippers or anything that could potentially snag the fabric. This includes a caution on wearing pants that have a zipper pocket on the back. Avoid excessively lose shorts, very baggy clothing or tops that are not supportive.
Yoga Assisting is a deeply rewarding role, a form of seva or sacred service. Learn to safely and effectively guide your students into deep and beautifully aligned asanas. The guidance of a good assistant can be profound and students appreciate the steady presence. The sacred service of assisting can not only deepen the students practice but deepen your teaching and awareness of the body while it moves through the asanas.
This workshop will include a brief warm-up, then gives participants the opportunity for hands-on yoga assists and adjustments with detailed instruction. Come prepared to practice, play, and pick up some skills to move your forward along your yoga journey.

Acro Yoga is the Art of Partnership
This Introduction to Acro Yoga Workshop is an integration of giving and receiving, supporting and being supported and the experience of strength and sensitivity. This practice is fun and full of laughter and community. You will learn Introductory Acro Yoga Flying in a safe and supportive environment. Expand your understanding and embodiment of Acro Yoga, build community, revel in the joy of play, gain tools for honest and compassionate communication, and release your perceived limitations and explore your highest potential.
Our practice will begin with a group partner yoga warm up and then we will begin our Acro Yoga practice. We will work in the 3 roles of Acro Yoga, Base, Flyer and Spotter. This format will create a safe environment to explore the power of Acro and the loving kindness of yoga.
You're welcome to bring a friend but don't need to bring a partner. You'll have the option to partner with others or you're welcome to stay partnered with friend for the workshop as much as possible.

Come Shake Shine and Let Your Yoga Dance!
Your yoga practice will radiate and you will glow during this freeing Glowga Party. We will flow through a freeing Vinyasa Flow class, with a musical playlist that will make you want to dance off of your mat! Express yourself through your colors and paint and let go of the outside world and allow yourself to shine from within.
Glow Sticks will be provided. Please feel free to arrive with your body decorated with glow paint and wear your white and day-glow clothes.
This Event Requires a minimum of 6 students to run.
Reserve your time slot for a fabulous opportunity to have photos taken of you in your favorite yoga postures. Maybe you need headshots, or photos for your new social media page. This is a rare opportunity to have photos taken in a nurturing environment by yoga teacher. Aerial Yoga photography is an option as well. So put on your favorite fancy pants and come out to become the star that you are.
