Aerial Yoga Foundations at YOGA HOME

This class will introduce you to the joy of support and suspension.
Through Aerial Yoga, we will combine playfulness, alignment, yoga and breath, to create a unique practice. The focus will be on learning to work with the fabric to support your asana. Sink deeper into your yoga practice, find effortless inversions and allow yourself to surrender to the Aerial hammock and it's benefits.
With All Aerial YogaClasses: You can bring a yoga mat to class, but it is not necessary. Socks with grip bottoms are sufficient. Wear a shirt that covers your underarms completely, to protect your skin, as well as keep the hammocks sanitary. Do not wear jewelry, belts, or clothing with grommets, gems, zippers or anything that could potentially snag the fabric. This includes a caution on wearing pants that have a zipper pocket on the back.   Avoid excessively lose shorts, very baggy clothing or tops that are not supportive.
